The Ship Eater (Digital Painting School Challenge #20 - Sails of Black Bones)

Here's my submission to the Digital Painting School challenge #20 - Sails of Black Bones . A giant ghost vessel that swallow the ships that cross its road. After getting a rough thumbnail, I worked on a highly detailed side view of the ship in order to help building a low poly 3D model to use as a base for the final illustration.
